Shipping policy

Orders are made, packaged and mailed from the west coast of British Columbia, Canada. Standard order processing time is 5-10 business days.


CANADIAN SHIPPING OPTIONS

  • Canadian Domestic packages are shipped via Canada Post. 
  • Tracking is NOT included with FREE SHIPPING, with the exception of original paintings.
  • Tracking is included with Expedited Parcel™ and Xpresspost™.
  • Every tracked package shipped will be insured for loss, damage, and stolen. 
Unless you select tracking at checkout, I cannot provide any tracking info for your order. Sorry! Unfortunately if your order goes missing, there is no way to locate it and I will not be able to issue a refund.

In cases where customs processing is slow, delivery can take up to 6 weeks. Customers are responsible for any incurred custom and duty charges.
